Looking at this. Might get one in September. Oookkaayy. I was looking at a Note10+. I think I'm gonna go with the Galaxy Fold. Space Silver looks cool. I can live with the way it folds. Go to the swap meet and find me a belt pouch. Keep that cover that comes with it on, and my new phone should be OK.🤔🥴💸♥️💛

it is a tablet which has phone feature and it drives me nuts, what a joke having that kind of front screen, I really really hope that Huawei beat shit out of samsung by mate x for this kind of disappointing design decision

Galaxy Fold is more appropriate as a foldable smart mobile as the main screen folds inward just like folding a book, therefore, the primary screens are protected. The small secondary screen out side is the smart idea, I am able to make calls and send sms without opening the primary screens. I will definitely opted to own the Galaxy Fold over the Mate X, moreover its cheaper. However, if the Galaxy Fold has the S Pen just like the Note Series, then it will be really really awesome. I am able to do my office work in a wider screen without carrying a tap or laptop, as i have been using the Note Series since the Note 3. Thus hand writing, signing and drawing will be much comfortable. Half of the primary screen will be turned into a keyboard, thus we are able to type just like a laptop. I really don't care about the notch for selfie camera as it doen't interfere as the screen size is big, but dont ever having it with the flip for selfie camera like some other brands, it will somehow dislocate and spoil.Tq Samsung for making our office work alot easier.

Beautiful video, I was skeptical on the fold but every video I watch on this phone, I keep seeing something that is pretty neat. I know the phone is going to have a somewhat limited release and that price is something I cannot afford at all, but by the time this phone gets better and more affordable it could drive me to switch from apple to android. And again, Beautiful video. But I do have some things I’m curios about, I’m wanting to make more videos and go to events (like evo) but I don’t know if galaxy phones have any good video editing software for quick edits or photo/drawing apps.

I still prefer my S10. The folded screen isn't particularly great in design and the front screen is useless, too small. It'll be interesting to see where this new technology goes but as of now, the galaxy fold looks more like a prototype for what's to come.

The more I look at it, the more it looks ugly to me... I wouldn't feel well using that small screen with huge bezels as a phone. However, this is definitely the first step, and we will probably have something much better from samsung for Samsung Fold 2 or 3.

there's a gap in the middle so the screen won't fold completely but just bend. Folding amoled completely will probably break it.

4.5” inch in the front display is good for this Gen 1 product. Also smart phones were 4.5 inches before also, no big deal here. I swear is like everyone is blind and “can’t read a text on a 4.5” inch screen”
