Here in Baltimore these machines would be in steel cages if they were on the street. With slots to place your payment and collect your purchase. They're all but gone now. Vandalized and never replaced.

Has he not had anything to eat in awhile? He takes the biggest bites I've ever seen someone take on the interweb/tv. I wonder if one person owns all those machines as their business and they maybe rent that piece of property. They just sit there all day long cleaning up and restocking the food.
