This Could Be The World's First Dent-Proof Car This Could Be The World's First Dent-Proof Car This concept car has airbags on the outside and it's called the Flesby II. It was created by car part manufacturer Toyoda Gosei, and it was shown off at the Toyko Motor Show. LED lighting gives the car some personality, but the lights do more than make faces. They are actually meant to communicate with passengers and pedestrians. The exterior airbags absorb the impact of a collision and are supposed to instantly repair any dents. The outside material is a soft shape-changing rubber and its body shape will change during high-speed driving to resist wind. Most concept cars never go into production, but Toyoda hopes the car will hit the streets in 2030. Flesby proves you can never be too safe. -------------------------------------------------- Business Insider on : s:businessinsider BI on : 1W9Lk0n Read more: businessinsider -------------------------------------------------- Business Insider is the fastest growing business news site in the US.
